Meditation

Lately, in the car, Trace has been asking me if I can turn down the radio and if Kevin and I can stop talking so he can "meditate". At first, we weren't sure he even knew what he was doing, but he closes his eyes, places his fingers together and breathes deeply for about 2-3 minutes. Kevin and I laughed about it and Trace got slightly upset, so now we just smile quietly and let him finish. We are guessing he got the idea to do so by watching a favorite cartoon of his called "Teen Titans". The hooded character does meditate occasionally, but it is much cuter when Trace does it. Guess we'll have to get him into a nearby Yoga class in the near future.
