Balloon Love

Some time ago, Trace happened to bring home a helium balloon from some school event. What he didn't expect was how Raven would react. Most dogs like to chase balloons and bite them until they pop, but not Raven. For some reason, she loves them so much and will only grab them from the tied end softly and carry them around the house with her. She even "cuddles" with them in her kennel and on her pillow when she needs a break from chasing it around. When she does accidentally pop it, she runs away in fear, upset that her toy has been taken away. When I went over to her to take away the latest balloon before bed, she held onto the ribbon and gave me the saddest look ever. She's so funny!

I felt bad about taking away the balloon, so I let her on the bed, against Kevin's wishes. How do you say no to that face?
