Paint Nite

Ever since Kevin and I first tried the local fad of painting, we thought that Trace may enjoy it too one day. Since they go late into the night, we needed to find a night that we could do it without keeping him up too late and also a painting subject that was "little boy" friendly. Finally, the day arrived! We saw that they were giving the instruction on how to paint a pirate ship with a giant squid under the water on the night that he happened to have the next day off school so we signed up. During the instruction, Trace did really well! He listened and tried his very best. He ended up with a great picture and it was really fun to see him try something new.
